An award-winning multi-lingual luxury global real estate advisor for nearly two decades, native Manhattanite Nikki Beauchamp is trusted and respected globally by clients and peers as an expert in data and financial analysis, negotiation, marketing and technology. Possessing an expert command of the New York City real estate market and understanding its intricate intersection with the national and international real estate markets, as well as her extensive personal national and international networks her brokerage practice is predominantly by referral, providing bespoke advisory service to a diverse client base ranging from first time home buyers & sellers to savvy international and institutional investors and family offices. Nikki came to real estate sales almost twenty years ago after a successful career in technology & finance, including starting and acquiring startups, and continues to consult services to entrepreneurs.


In 2014, after many years at a leading luxury brokerage, Nikki joined Engel & Völkers in New York City as one of the founding advisors when the Park Avenue brokerage office opened and has been acknowledged for sales accomplishments as part of the Engel & Völkers Americas Elite Advisors Club since 2014.


In addition to running a thriving brokerage practice,Nikki is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York ,where she currently serves as Co-Chair of the prestigious Residential Sales Council .

She’s often sought out to speak on panels at industry events and guest lecture at universities, has spoken at Inman Connect ,Luxury Connect, Global Luxury Summits and other leading local, national and international conferences, and is a contributing writer for Inman News and Realtor.com She is member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing ®,having been part of the inaugural offering of a joint training & designation curriculum between the institute and AREAA in 2018.

In her spare time Nikki can be found out and about in New York City or traveling the world, most often behind the lens of a camera, be it her iPhone or DSLR, enjoying a fabulous meal, and chasing down a great workout. A classically trained musician, enjoying and supporting the arts is a lifelong passion. Giving back to the community extends beyond the professional real estate world, into the world in which we live, she served as an officer for many years on the board of directors of Musical Dream. She has also volunteered with several other non-profits, including Special Spectators, and Destination Imagination where she has been a challenge appraiser at the regional, state and international tournaments for over a decade, and puts her spinning obsession to good use participating in Cycle for Survival® .An avid reader, she is one of the moderators of a local chapter of a national book club and has served on judging panels for the National Association of Hispanic Publishers Jose Marti- Awards  and International Latino Book Awards .She is a past member of the Board of Directors for the East Harlem Little League, where she served for many years as their chief information officer. She has remained active with her alumni communities both at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and the Performing Arts, the ‘FAME’ high school, and at New York University.
